What does a website build include?
Every build includes: 90+ core PageSpeed, branding where needed, site design with revisions, SEO content population including meta descriptions, keywords and llms.txt, technical consultation, SEO engine, image and video optimisation, Google Analytics and Search Console configuration, free SSL certification, contact form, responsive optimisation across desktop, tablet and mobile, cookie consent with consent storage, and FAQ schemas where needed.
Do I pay upfront or in stages?
You pay half upfront as a deposit and half on completion.
Are there ongoing payments after the build?
Monthly hosting payments are the norm but are minimal. Support packages are available — £10 or $13 a month for domain and hosting support including backups, or £50 or $65 a month which includes an optional hour's catch-up every 6 months and annual optimisations.

What is PageSpeed and why does it matter?
PageSpeed is the most important metric for your Google ranking. It is near impossible to achieve with heavy, plugin-riddled websites such as WordPress, Squarespace, Wix or templated Shopify. It is the main reason small businesses fail to rank and why medium to large businesses lose ground to competitors. What is the process from start to finish?
1. Enquiry — you send an enquiry and we research your business's online presence. 2. Chat — we get to know you, establish priorities, and take a deposit to begin design. 3. Design — we build your design in Figma and send you the link to review. 4. Design revision — colours, typography and layout are open for discussion. 5. Build — we start building and send changelogs throughout. 6. Demo — we demo the finished site and make any final revisions. 7. Complete — on final payment we transfer your domain, get you live, hook up analytics and submit your site to search engines.
What happens if I want changes after the site is built?
Just get in touch — we are always happy to do tweaks and adjustments. Our £50 or $65 a month support package covers ongoing changes, an optional hour's catch-up every 6 months, and annual optimisations to keep pace with Google's evolving SEO metrics.
Will my website show up on Google and AI search?
Yes. SEO does take time — Google typically takes 3 to 6 months to fully position a new domain. Bing, which powers many other search engines, is much faster. We are confident in our work and every site we build has strong technical SEO foundations from day one.
How long will my website take to build?
Our shortest project took one week of non-stop work. If a client is willing to collaborate fully, the process can be very fast. We love doing this and it shows in our ethic, timeframe and standards.
What size of project do you take on?
From small businesses to ecommerce platforms — we can do it all. Ecommerce is more costly because we do not take shortcuts. Headless is the way forwards and we truly build.
Can you work with my existing branding?
Absolutely — if anything, it makes the project a little cheaper for you.
